Ocean Pacific Restoration Ltd. has immediate opening for the following position to join our team. We are a local own company since 1990. We dedicated ourselves to working with the insurance industries to restore homes affected by fire, wind, water, vandalism etc. We emphasize on a safe and friendly working environment. Company vehicle will be provided to/from job sites.

Drywaller/Painter Combined Position –

Duties and Responsibilities:

Preparation of site protection
Repair cracks and holes
Installation of drywall and finishing (small and/or large section)
Application of tape and mud (small and/or large section)
Prepare, clean and sand surfaces to be painted
Perform various types of painting and texturing
Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driver’s abstract
Knowledge of the tools, equipment, materials and installation practices common to the trade industry
Organized with attention to details
Willingness to work overtime when requested
Punctual, dependable and self-motived
Excellent communications skills, written and oral in English language
Work in a team or individually
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multi-task
Able to safely lift, carry and move standard construction materials and tools
Capable of lifting heavy items up to 50 lbs
Perform rotation on-call
Minimum 5 years of experience
