Your Opportunity
As the Director - Asset Management Strategy, you will lead a coordinated approach to asset management practices across the Division.

Further strengthen capital renewals planning for educational infrastructure by taking a data-driven approach underpinned by Asset Lifecycle Condition Assessments.
Develop long-term financial forecasts for capital renewal.
Lead development of forward programs and an 'infrastructure pipeline' for capital projects related to renewal and new/upgraded infrastructure.
Collaborate with regional and operational staff on prioritization of projects.
Establish standards, guidelines, and processes for asset information management as part of the Division's information governance arrangements.
Partner with the Information Governance & Digital Enablement unit on further development of the Information Governance & Digital Roadmap.
Ensure robust management of contract management functions for Public Private Partnership arrangements.
Lead the uplift of asset management maturity across the Division aligned with the ISO 55000 suite of standards.
