Dining Room Server

As a Dining Room Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable experience in our establishment.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
Ensure tables are properly set and sanitized before and after each service
Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food handling safety standards
Handle cash transactions using the POS system, ensuring accuracy in cash handling
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout service
Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices is essential
Excellent time management skills to efficiently manage multiple tables during busy periods
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
