Digital Transformation Leader

Cognizant North America is seeking a highly skilled SAP Solution Manager to join our team.

As a key member of our SAP practice, you will drive digital acceleration, preparing our clients for the approaching autonomous business by unlocking the value of digital with industry-specific outcomes.

About the Role

Design and implement technology solutions that meet business requirements.
Oversee the development and maintenance of Process Management (SolDoc) systems.
Provide expertise in CHARM to ensure effective change and release management.
Monitor and optimize system performance using Solution Manager.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology solutions.
Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
Ensure technology solutions are scalable and future-proof.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Facilitate training sessions for team members on new technologies and processes.
Ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
Requirements

Must have extensive experience in Process Management (SolDoc), CHARM and Solution Manager.
Should have a strong background in ISV and Hi-Tech domains.
Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Should have the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Must have a proven track record of delivering high-quality technology solutions.
Should be detail-oriented and highly organized.
Must be proactive and able to work independently.
Should have a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
Should have experience in conducting training sessions.
Must be able to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position is between $138,000 - $186,500 USD per year depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
