Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our growth marketing team, you will be responsible for driving user growth and revenue through paid search campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute paid search strategies to drive user growth and revenue
Analyze data to identify optimization opportunities and design and implement tests to improve channel performance

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

4+ years of direct, hands-on experience managing a large-scale paid search program across Google Search, Performance Max, and other paid search platforms
Proficiency with marketing automation tools, such as Channable or similar feed-based campaign management tools
A highly analytical mindset with a structured approach to solving problems
AB testing knowledge and experience
Experience working cross-functionally to generate new insights
