We are seeking a results-driven performance marketing specialist, agency or freelancers to elevate our digital presence and optimize our campaigns across Google and Meta platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.
• Conduct website audits to improve SEO, UX, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
• Perform competitor analysis and use insights to improve campaign strategies.
• Implement and manage retargeting campaigns to re-engage potential customers effectively.
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics with actionable recommendations.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
• Collaborate closely with our team to align campaigns with Prrodality’s branding and seasonal collections.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on fashion or lifestyle brands.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Expertise in website optimization, SEO, and CRO.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Data Studio, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling ad creatives and messaging.
• Ability to manage ad budgets effectively and achieve measurable results.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present clear, actionable reports.

Preferred Experience:
• Prior work with direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands in fashion.
• Experience using WhatsApp marketing tools and email marketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Shopify and third-party integrations.
