Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of eCommerce marketing strategies, analytics, and customer engagement to drive traffic and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic to our eCommerce platform.Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, social media platforms, and other digital advertising channels.Bring Innovation in B2B engagement and conversion on ecommerce through optimized campaigns, channels and communication.Oversee SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.Create and manage email marketing and whatsapp campaigns to engage customers and promote products.Analyze website traffic and conversion metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer service, to ensure marketing alignment with business goals.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.Manage social media presence, creating engaging content for internal and external customers to build a community and drive customer loyalty.Create newsletters, whatsapp and social media creatives for customer communication.Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance and ROI.
Qualifications:Master’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, in B2B, D2C or ecommerce sector preferred.Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Adwords, email marketing, and social media marketing.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Canva).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Creative mindset with strong analytical skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
