Job Title: Digital Marketing Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Expert to join our team at Recruitment Revolution. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for digital marketing and a desire to work with a variety of clients in the home, garden, and lifestyle sectors.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in a dedicated PPC role and be highly proficient in managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns. They should have proven experience using Google Ads Editor to build and optimize campaigns, as well as a strong commercial awareness and understanding of how paid media integrates into broader marketing strategies to achieve clients' objectives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for taking end-to-end ownership of client PPC accounts, managing account strategy, optimizations, test schedules, identifying growth opportunities, and working to quickly and positively resolve any performance issues. They will also plan, build, and activate best-in-class PPC campaigns that align with clients' wider paid media strategies.

This is a fast-paced, client-facing role that requires the ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent time management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic agency environment. They should also have exceptional writing, proofreading, and attention to detail.

The salary for this role is approximately £33,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 23 days holiday, one additional day off on your birthday, and company pension contributions. We also offer a flexible office/WFH split of 2/3 days per week and regular team socials.
