Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive – App & Ads Marketing
Location: Bangalore, India
Reports to: Head of Technology
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Digital Marketing Executive to manage app marketing, paid advertising, and digital growth initiatives for our taxi and ride-hailing platform in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with Google & Meta Ads, app install campaigns, and performance tracking, with a strong understanding of growth strategies for mobile-first platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. App & Paid Ads Marketing
Execute paid ad campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, UAC) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) to drive app installs and ride bookings
Optimize Cost-Per-Install (CPI), Cost-Per-Action (CPA), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Run A/B testing for creatives, copy, and landing pages
Support in budget tracking and cost optimization under the direction of the Head of Technology
2. App Store Optimization (ASO) & Play Store Management
Improve app visibility and rankings through ASO strategies (keyword optimization, creative testing, reviews management)
Regularly update app listings with promotional content and seasonal messaging
Monitor competitor apps and ASO benchmarks
3. Performance Monitoring & Analytics
Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Firebase, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools
Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) like installs, ride conversions, retention, and cost metrics
Provide insights to support ongoing optimization
4. Coordination & Support
Coordinate with the Tech, Content, and Design teams for execution of campaigns and creatives
Monitor app feedback and collaborate on improvements in user engagement
Assist with promotional events, app launches, or campaign-based requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with focus on paid ads and app promotion
Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and app marketing techniques
Familiarity with tools like Firebase, Google Analytics, Play Console, and App Store Connect
Data-driven mindset with strong attention to performance metrics
Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment
Preferred Qualifications:✓ Certification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint
✓ Experience with mobility, ride-hailing, or app-based service startups
✓ Basic understanding of local (Bangalore/Kannada) user behavior is a plus
