The Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our growth marketing team, you will be responsible for managing paid social campaigns through the Smartly platform, focusing on scalable and efficient user growth. You will also test and scale new channels and growth opportunities, analyze data to identify optimization opportunities, and design and implement tests to improve channel performance.

Your Responsibilities

Manage paid social campaigns through the Smartly platform, focusing on scalable and efficient user growth.
Test and scale new channels and growth opportunities.
Analyze data to identify optimization opportunities and design and implement tests to improve channel performance.
Run our Europe paid marketing program alongside the International team.
Generate insights about our customers and regularly conduct tests including (but not limited to) creative/copy testing, landing page optimization, and audience targeting, to optimize the full-funnel experience.
Engage with stakeholders to ensure that there is continuous alignment on strategic goals and transparency on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
