We seek a talented and versatile Digital Marketing Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design and produce visually compelling digital assets that align with our brand strategy and support our marketing campaigns. Your work will help communicate our value proposition to target audiences and drive engagement across digital channels.
Your responsibilities:Design and Production:
Create High-quality Digital Assets, Including Graphics, Banners, Social Media Visuals, Email Templates, Website Content, And Online Ads. Design Engaging Multimedia Content For Video, Animations, And Presentations.Brand Consistency
Ensure all designs align with the company's visual identity, brand guidelines, and tone. Maintain a consistent look and feel across all digital marketing materials.Collaboration:
Work Closely With The Marketing, Product, And Sales Teams To Understand Campaign Goals And Deliver Effective Creative Solutions. Coordinate With Copywriters, Developers, And Other Stakeholders To Bring Projects To Completion.Optimization
Test and refine designs based on performance metrics and user feedback. Optimize graphics for web and mobile platforms, focusing on usability and load times.Innovation:
Qualifications
Stay updated on digital design trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate innovative ideas into your work. Experiment with new creative approaches to engage target audiences.Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.5+ years of experience in digital design, preferably in a software or technology environment.Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects), or similar.Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and web design best practices.Experience creating assets for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, email, and paid ads.Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity With HTML, CSS, And CMS Platforms Such As WordPress Or HubSpot.Experience In Video Editing And Animation.Knowledge Of SEO Principles And Analytics Tools Like Google Analytics Or Adobe Analytics.Passion For Technology And Interest In Software Industry Trends.Exostar - The Company
