• Researching and developing engaging and insightful content
• Create compelling blog posts, social media content, web copy, etc. on a regular basis.
• Writing articles, product descriptions, and other materials in line with company’s editorial style
• Reviewing SEO analytics to make necessary content adjustments
• Ensuring that all content accurately reflects company ideals
• Maintaining the company’s website on a regular basis
• Enhance online visibility
• Improve search ranking and promote our brand through article pitches to various third-party

platforms

Qualifications / Preferred Skills:
• Passion for writing.
• Proven experience as a content writer or copywriter.
• Working knowledge of content management systems
• Good storytelling skills with excellent writing and editing skills.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create engaging copy.
• Ability to write tech content will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and how they apply to web writing and blog posts
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Docs
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mass Communication or Journalism or Marketing or

English with Relevant industry experience in creative content development.
• Experience working with Software as a Service (SaaS) companies preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Effective time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as

necessary.
• Adaptable mindset to learn new styles/tones of writing
• Willingness to fine-tune skills on a daily basis
