Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Ad Policy Manager to join our Advertising Trust Policy team. In this role, you will play a critical part in developing and implementing policies that support our vision of enhancing the value of the customer experience and generating a positive return on investment for our advertising partners. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve ad policy escalations, demonstrate excellent judgment and creativity, and deliver internal training while ensuring that training materials are up-to-date and localized.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in an ads regulator, risk management, compliance, policy enforcement or closely related field, as well as 3+ years of experience working with engineering teams. A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills are also required.
