This Position is open to Beaumont,TX and Baton Rougue,LA and Big Piney, Wyoming.

Overview:-
• Laptop Deployment Project
• Resource required for 3 Months
• 3rd party BGV will be conducted along with a drug test in advance of the start of the 6-week stint
• Bridge-line call required.

Requirements/Expectations
• Timely Arrival.
• Minimum experience in IT deskside support role 1 year
• Resource required for 3 Months.(1st Oct - 31st Dec 2026)
• They may be asked to report at different locations on each day.
• Basic laptop refresh project. Staging / imaging of laptops as part of new refresh roll out
• Laptop Deployment Project
• Constant communication with backend team via bridge.

ON-SITE
• You will be expected to attend a bridge for your entire site visit. You will interact with end client, our program team and be expected to remain in communication, upload deliverables etc, as part of this work order. The bridge is can be found in the confidential information of this work order.
• Perform site walk with SPOC to understand where all the technology is located. Note All location require key to access
• Laptop Deployment Project. New / used laptops to be staged / imaged. Installed with the latest OS and applications, following set process document
• General Troubleshoot and support of user applications and hardware faults
• Upload all pictures on the SharePoint link shared by the remote team .
• Dismissal from site to be cleared by both SPOC and remote team
• Capture signature of SPOC on site visit report.

POST-SITE

Required Deliverables
• Completed excel data sheet.
• Pictures of the IT equipment at site.

ESCALATIONS
• All escalations to be directed to remote bridge line

ADDITIONAL HOURS & EXPENSES APPROVAL PAYMENT POLICY::
• Unexpected expenses, such as parking fees, may be paid, ONLY if a receipt is submitted in the Field Nation App, and communicated to the Work Order Manager upon arrival to the work site.
• Travel expenses such as mileage will not be paid when submitted upon completion of a work order. Any travel expenses must be included with a counteroffer to be eligible for consideration.
• Additional hours will only be paid with prior approval from the Work Order Manager.
