Role Overview
At Jais Interio, as a 3D Designer / Visualizer, your main responsibility will be to transform ideas and concepts into realistic 3D visuals that bring designs to life. Working closely with the design and project teams, you will create stunning interior and architectural renderings that meet client requirements. Your expertise in 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and presentation will be crucial in delivering high-quality visuals that showcase creativity and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
- Transforming ideas and concepts into realistic 3D visuals
- Collaborating with design and project teams to create interior and architectural renderings
- Utilizing 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp, Photoshop, AutoCAD, V-Ray, Lumion, and Maya
- Demonstrating strong skills in modelling, texturing, lighting, and rendering
- Converting 2D drawings into realistic 3D visuals
- Being a creative, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven professional

Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in 3D Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in 3D designing/visualization
- Proficiency in 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp, Photoshop, AutoCAD, V-Ray, Lumion, Maya
- Strong expertise in modelling, texturing, lighting, and rendering
- Ability to convert 2D drawings into realistic 3D visuals
- Creative, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven professional
