Role Description
The LIC Freelance Advisor role involves identifying prospective clients, understanding their insurance needs, and recommending suitable life insurance policies. Qualifications
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Basic knowledge of life insurance products is an asset but not mandatory as training will be provided

Job description
We are seeking a skilled Design Engineer with 3 years plus experience. Job is to design, develop, and optimize marine fender systems and rubber components in accordance with international standards and project requirements. The role involves design calculations, CAD modeling, technical documentation, and coordination with production and quality teams.
· Design and develop marine fender systems (Cone, Arch, Cell, Cylindrical, etc.) as per PIANC, ISO 17357, and project specifications
· Prepare design calculations, energy absorption, reaction force, and deflection analysis
· Create 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software
· Prepare GA drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication drawings
· Select suitable rubber compounds and steel components in coordination with production teams
· Support tendering & sales teams with technical proposals, drawings, and BOQs
· Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, and testing teams for prototype and final product validation
· Review client specifications, drawings, and standards for compliance
· Assist in performance testing, load testing, and deflection testing of marine fenders
· Maintain proper documentation for design revisions and approvals
· Provide technical support during installation and commissioning when required

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
