Job Description

Role :

Mechanical Design and CAD engineering : Work with the NPI Manager (new product introduction) for a custom sleep consumer device.

Will work on design solutions for :

Responsibilities :
• Mechanical subsystems which include plastic molded parts, silicone parts, overmolding with silicone
• Work with the soft good interface including fabric, foam, and cable harnesses
• Work with manufacturing partner on DFM / DFA on design of all mechanical components
• Work with manufacturing partner on Tooling / Fixture design

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical degree
• CAD and experience
• Proficient in Solidworks
• Strong organizational and communication skills
