About Us:
At ZANN Dental Lab, we specialize in creating high-quality dentures and smile makeovers. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Denture Technician to join our team on a piecework basis. This position allows for flexibility in hours and work volume, with payment based on the pieces completed.

Job Description:
As a Denture Technician at ZANN Dental Lab, your main responsibility will be to fabricate dentures, partial dentures, and related dental prostheses. This is a piecework position, meaning you will be compensated based on the number of cases completed. You will be expected to handle all aspects of denture work independently, from initial case assessment to final fitting.

Responsibilities:

Fabricate complete dentures, partial dentures, and other dental prosthetics from start to finish.
Conduct necessary adjustments and modifications to ensure perfect fit and comfort.
Perform all denture-related tasks including setting teeth, waxing, finishing, and polishing.
Work with impressions and models to create precise denture molds.
Follow detailed instructions and case notes for each project, ensuring accuracy and high-quality results.
Communicate with the team as needed for clarification or assistance with complex cases.
Ensure all work meets the required standards and timelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace.
Adapt to varying workloads and piecework payment structure, delivering quality and timely results.
Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience as a Denture Technician.
Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Knowledge of all aspects of denture fabrication, including digital and traditional techniques.
Ability to perform all denture-related tasks independently.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to adapt to varying workloads and piecework payment structure.
Compensation:
Payment will be based on the number of pieces completed, not by hourly rate or salary. Competitive piecework rates provided based on experience and complexity of the cases.

Hiring Process:
As part of our hiring process, shortlisted candidates will be required to complete mock/test case/s to assess their skills and ensure their work meets ZANN Dental Lab’s quality standards. This test will allow both parties to determine if the collaboration is a good fit. Please note that this assessment is unpaid and is a necessary step before finalizing any hiring decisions.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
