Job Title: Delivery Boy / Team Member

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and punctual Delivery Boy to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to deliver products to customers promptly and efficiently while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining the integrity of the goods.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Duties:
Pick up and deliver goods to specified locations on time.
Handle items with care to prevent damage.
Route Management:
Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries.
Use GPS navigation or maps for assistance.
Customer Service:
Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Collect payment or obtain customer signatures, if required.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain records of deliveries, including delivery notes or receipts.
Report any issues, delays, or accidents to the supervisor promptly.
Vehicle Maintenance:
Ensure the delivery vehicle is in good working condition.
Report any vehicle issues to the concerned department.
Compliance and Safety:
Follow all traffic and road safety rules.
Adhere to company policies and procedures during deliveries.
Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Experience: Prior delivery experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Skills:
Ability to read and follow instructions.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of using smartphones or GPS devices.
Other:
Valid driver’s license (two-wheeler/four-wheeler ).
Physically fit and capable of handling goods.
