Delivering High-Quality Lending Projects

About this role:

We seek a seasoned professional to lead the delivery of complex lending projects from initiation to go-live.

This role requires a strong grasp of lending domain processes, exceptional stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams for timely, high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and deliver lending-related projects within defined timelines.
• Serve as the single point of contact for clients, ensuring clarity on project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, compliance, and integrations teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Track progress against milestones, manage risks, and proactively resolve issues.
• Coordinate with external partners for requirement gathering, testing, and go-live readiness.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, status reports, and communication with stakeholders.

Requirements:
• Mandatory: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the lending domain.
• Solid understanding of loan lifecycle processes from onboarding and disbursement to collections, NPA management, and restructuring.
• Demonstrated success delivering SaaS or fintech implementation projects end-to-end.
• Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.
• Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
