JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Data Operations Analyst within the Prime Brokerage Operations team, you will manage the Creation and Maintenance of Prime Brokerage records, Reference Data, and Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI). You will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations supporting the Prime Brokerage teams.
Job responsibilities:
Know Callback and SSI infrastructure
Provide the highest level of service to our internal partners and the Client while adhering to the global funds transfer policy and regulatory rules to ensure compliance standards are kept
Maintain a consistently elevated level of awareness around any potential issues and to resolve exceptions as soon as possible
Create and Maintain Prime Brokerage instructions for multiple teams
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
A high-level sense of ownership and responsibility
Excellent Client focus and Customer care working practices
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Accountable for team delivery of excellent customer service
In-depth understanding of financial markets and Principal Collateral business
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, including the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
Flexibility to adjust to business needs
Exceptional time management, organizational skills, and effective prioritization skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
FINRA 99 or equivalent is preferred
Knowledge of where systems sit in the hierarchy
Account reference data & SSI
Client onboarding
Prime Brokerage product knowledge
