Job Title: Data Entry & Quality Specialist

Location: BKC, Mumbai

Shift: Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Data Entry & Quality Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining data integrity across large-scale datasets. This role involves cleaning, updating, enriching, and organizing data, as well as implementing practical solutions to resolve data-related issues. You will also support team members in overcoming data challenges and contribute to data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Data Quality & Maintenance
• Develop and implement effective solutions for cleaning, updating, enriching, organizing, and structuring data.
• Identify and rectify discrepancies to maintain high data accuracy and consistency.

Data Operations & Support
• Provide consistent support to team members in resolving data-related challenges.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and accurate data management processes.

Advanced Data Analysis
• Use advanced Excel skills—including pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas—to analyze large datasets.
• Generate reports and identify data trends to support operational and business requirements.

Process Improvement & Documentation
• Review existing data management processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of data procedures, standards, and best practices.

Required Qualifications
• Proven experience working with large-scale data environments, preferably in manufacturing or technology-driven industries.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a data management or data quality role with a focus on process improvement and documentation.
• Familiarity with data analytics or business intelligence tools will be an advantage.
