Your team
Sitting within the Gaming Commercial department, CVM are responsible for ensuring our multi-million-pound generosity budgets are spent as effectively as possible, whilst creating strategies to maximise generosity engagement.
Our CVM objective is to “understand and maximise the value each customer brings by putting them at the centre of our strategy; driving growth, nurturing brand loyalty and ultimately increasing revenue’’
The CVM team collaborate with Performance, Marketing, Media, Product, Brand, Research, Business Intelligence & more.
We are now looking for a skilled and passionate CVM Executive to join the team on an initial 12 month contract.
What you’ll do
• Support delivery of campaigns designed to increase performance against the UKI and SBG Generosity OKRs focusing on key metrics.
• Report on trends, working closely with the Generosity BI team to identify opportunities for improvement and communicating improvement opportunities to the wider team.
• Brief CVM campaigns via workfront and co-ordinate with operational teams to get Generosity plans live.
• Work closely with BI & Research to understand the performance of tests and how we can make improvements in future iterations.
How you’ll do it
• Commercially focused, able to interpret analysis provided by other teams.
• Keen attention to detail, ensuring briefs are submitted accurately.
• Good time management, ensuring deadlines are hit.
• A great teammate who can work with stakeholders from different teams.
