Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly and efficient Tele caller to join our team at Portea Medical. You will be responsible for making calls to patients, providing information about our services, and addressing customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

Handle calls of the patients.

Provide information about our medical services.

Answer patient questions and provide support.

Update patient information in the system.

Follow up with patients about appointments.

Requirements:

Good communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Previous experience in tele calling or customer service is a plus.

Fluency in English, Hindi and any regional language

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
