Job Details

Location: Kota, Rajasthan
Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: 18,000 to 26,500/M

Key Responsibilities
• Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist Kota customers with their queries and concerns.
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Document all interactions and follow-up actions in the system.
