Job Description

We are seeking a versatile and dynamic individual who interested to join a position of Customer Support Executive. This unique role combines responsibilities across front desk management, caption writing for multimedia content, and providing chat support to our customers. The ideal candidate will be organized, creative, and customer-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management:

Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages, directing them to the appropriate departments.
Caption Writing:

Create accurate and engaging captions for various multimedia content, including videos, social media posts, and promotional materials.
Content creation teams to ensure captions align with brand voice and messaging.
Chat Support:

Provide real-time support to customers through our online chat platform.
Address customer inquiries, provide information about products and services, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve our services and products.
Work closely with the customer service team to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in communications, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or administrative position.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficient in using office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite) and familiar with chat support platforms.
Creative writing skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desired Skills:

Experience in social media management and content creation.
Work Environment:

Office-based role with standard working hours.
