We are seeking candidates for Australian (Non-voice) AVATAR processes!

As a Sales service representative, you will be required to:
• Interact with customers via VOIP phone provide service
• Manage Inbound calls in a timely manner
• Follow communication “scripts”.
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database.
• Demonstrate an aptitude to resolve issues and increase revenue.
• Maintain regular attendance and to arrive to work on time.
• Continuously strive to improve in the assigned work
