Customer Experience | Store Person

The Opportunity:

We currently have an opportunity for someone with exceptional customer service skills who is also able to drive a forklift with Warehouse / stores experience. This role is based in Welshpool and we have a very small team in Perth. This role would start off being 75% store person and 25% customer service. Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5pm.



You will be responsible for:

Liaising with CET and our Sydney Warehouse to deliver the best solution
Liaising with courier and transport companies
Unloading and loading of trucks
Pick and pack, lifting
Updating of CRM records and quote measurement tools.


To be considered for this opportunity you will need to have:

a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role, ideally have both customer service and warehousing experience
current Forklift Licence and Warehouse / Stores experience
First aid qualified or willing to get First Aid certification
experience in Excel and other Microsoft office applications
proof of your eligibility to live and work in Australia (this must be provided with your application).


Critical to you success will be demonstrating the following attributes:

ability to work unsupervised and be self-motivated to ensure all work is completed on time.
good written and verbal communication skills, a professional phone manner and the ability to deal face to face with customers and suppliers is a must
be a quick learner with an ability to grasp technical concepts
have initiative and drive to work unsupervised
organisational capability with the ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks
results orientated
attention to detail and accuracy
