Job Summary:

The Elite Job is seeking enthusiastic, customer-centric professionals to join our expanding team for Voice and Non-Voice BPO positions. These are remote-based opportunities catering to our Bangalore clientele. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a dynamic work environment. Whether you prefer interacting via calls or handling customer queries through chat/email, we have the right position for you.
Key Responsibilities:


Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls (Voice process).


Respond to customer queries via chat, email, or ticketing systems (Non-Voice process).


Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.


Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.


Escalate complex problems to the appropriate team or department.


Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.


Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:


Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate in any discipline.


Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.


Proficiency in using computers, typing, and handling basic software tools.


Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.


Ability to stay calm and patient in high-pressure scenarios.
• Experience:


0 to 3 years of experience in a BPO/Customer Support role.


Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.


Prior experience in voice or non-voice customer support will be an added advantage.
• Working Hours:


Flexible working hours available:
Day Shift / Night Shift / Rotational Shifts depending on the process.


Weekly offs provided as per process requirement.


Remote work setup with scheduled login/logout times and break slots.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.


Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.


Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive mindset.


Quick learner and adaptable to new tools or systems.
