DEPUTY MANAGER / ASSISTANT MANAGER – SME: ENGLISH

upto 7.5 LPA

Job responsibilities:

 Work with Senior Manager of publishing and multiple Deputy Managers and Assistant Managers in managing the

publishing plan for the department.

 Manage the products and publishing portfolio for English.

 Responsible for product strategy for English in response to market needs.

 Work with Senior Manager – Publishing and effectively deliver the best quality print and/or digital product(s) within

the agreed timeline.

 Design and deliver great user experiences: Manage, monitor, and improve the user experience for digital content and

product(s).

 Support AGM – Digital Initiatives in creating short pedagogical videos/instructions in English regularly to help

teachers in school.

Requirements:

Desirable to have a master's degree in English.

 A mix of language proficiency (verbal and written), deep pedagogical understanding, subject specialization, and business
