CRM Product Manager

Our flagship product is a secure, regulated crypto exchange where we build trading tools for both retail and institutional clients - such as spot trading, yield generation products with a focus on compliance and security.

Responsibilities

Own the functional planning, feature design, and requirement management for the CRM product line (e.g., client service middle/back office systems, Salesforce), including both consumer-facing (C-end) features and the supporting admin/management console.
Work closely with internal business teams to build CRM capabilities and end-to-end business workflow systems, and take responsibility for delivery outcomes and business satisfaction.
Explore and drive the implementation and application of AI capabilities within the company’s CRM and other product systems to improve internal efficiency.
Lead detailed product feature planning and product design, including but not limited to: requirement discussions, writing PRDs, mapping user/feature flows, breaking down feature points, defining logic/rules for each feature, and designing data fields. Support the engineering team in fully understanding requirements, designing system architecture, and planning iteration roadmaps.
Requirements

3–5 years of Product Manager experience with excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proficient with prototyping tools such as Axure and Mockplus, and process/mind-mapping tools such as Visio and MindManager. Strong PRD writing skills with the ability to clearly articulate product logic and functional details.
Strong project management capability: able to coordinate cross-functional resources, manage timelines, drive delivery, and collaborate effectively. Skilled at listening to needs and aligning stakeholders to reach consensus.
Data-driven mindset: familiar with data analysis methods and tools; able to identify problems through data, optimize products accordingly. Strong learning agility and innovation; proactively follows industry trends and introduces new technologies and ideas to improve products.
Experience building AI-related products or successfully delivering AI implementations is a plus.
Experience in crypto exchanges is a strong plus.

Pay: $80,518.02 - $200,312.02 per year
