Lead UI Designer Job Description:

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead UI Designer to join our dynamic team. As the Lead UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and seamless experience of our digital products.

Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate should possess a strong eye for detail, a deep understanding of user-centred design principles, building a scalable design system, adept with working with an Agile methodology and the ability to translate complex requirements into elegant and user-friendly designs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UI designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.
- Design Execution: Create high-fidelity UI designs, prototypes, and visual assets for different applications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with UX designers to translate wireframes and user flows into polished visual designs.
- User-Centred Design: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Interaction Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in UI design. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc. Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI design and visual aesthetics.
