We are looking for a driven Graphic Designer with a Passion for UI / UX Desig n to join our fast-growing e-commerce store. We have an interesting range of in-house Ayurvedic Skincare and Supplements brands you'll be working on.

You will create landing pages for our consumer through an advanced drag-and-drop page builder. Our landing pages are content-rich, so depth of thought is required to create each and every page in order to make it visually appealing, mobile friendly, quick to load, and result in high conversions. This includes not just using the page builder but also creating relevant images for the page.

Our ideal candidate is a driven professional with demonstrable design skills and an interest or love for UI design. You should have a willingness to broaden your expertise and go the extra mile. As a Landing Page / UI Designer, you should be tech-savvy, a critical thinker and problem-solver, and demonstrate a deeper understanding of not just creating a beautiful page but thinking from a conversion point of view as per what aspects of the page will encourage a shopper to place their order.

Responsibilities
• Conceptualize and design visually compelling ads, images, gifs, and videos for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
• Use content provided by copywriters to design landing pages / sales pages
• Design mobile-friendly pages that load quickly
• Think and create for conversion optimization (training will be given in-house)

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI / UX, or related field
• 1-4 years of demonstrable design experience with a love for UI design Strong communication and logical thinking skills Staying up-to-date with latest trends and advancements in the industry
• Experience with Adobe Suite, Photoshop
• Proficient in English language and ability to translate copy into design Good organizational, self- and time-management skills
• Ability to multi-task and follow deadlines
• Willingness to grow in a fast-paced environment
