Job Description

As a Senior Graphic Designer at Mush, you will be responsible for generating innovative design concepts that align with client brand standards and project objectives. Your expertise will involve creating unique visual narratives through cohesive design elements.
• Develop branding strategies from scratch or evolve existing brands, crafting logos, color schemes, and visual guidelines that reflect brand personality and values.
• Plan and manage design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring all timelines are met, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain quality and adhere to project timelines.
• Regularly interact with clients to understand project requirements, gather feedback, and present design concepts, communicating updates, changes, and improvements effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of graphic design principles, typography, and composition.
• Be proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Exhibit strong ability to think creatively and strategically, with a keen eye for detail.
• Display excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Show the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
