This is a fully remote role, Fixed-Term for 12 months for Maternity Cover.

Here is what you will be working on:

You will be working alongside the Elite, Cut Above and NZST Course Advisor Team to qualify new leads as they come in. You will be responsible for following up leads in a timely fashion as per the prescribed processes. The aim of the qualification process is to generate appointments at our network of campuses to help us find the very best students to teach.

This is what we need you to be good at:

Sales is about finding out what the prospective student needs and then making sure you offer the right solution that meets those needs. To do this we need to be great at the following:

Listening
Following process
Applying processes consistently
Learning and using the CRM package
Being able to work well in a self-directed capacity
Building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
Coding and analysing sales data to ensure optimal performance
Taking feedback and improving performance
Maintaining a positive can-do attitude at all times (even when things are tough)

This is what success looks like in this role:

Meet or exceed lead follow up KPI’s.
Contribute to the development and delivery of both individual and team sales strategies and operational plans.
Assist with sales, marketing and promotional activities as required, and be available outside of normal work hours to attend events as required.
Proactively develop effective internal working relationships across the team and the wider organization.
Be highly organised and efficient with excellence data analysis and reporting skills
Demonstrate a positive attitude and growth mindset.
You will be confident, articulate, and dedicated to your team.

The Course Advisor Team operate on a “One Team” basis. Success in this team is about being prepared to do whatever it takes to support the team to exceed our targets and goals.

We will always be first to the lead and will ensure that our contact with all leads is timely, welcoming, professional, and helpful!

These experiences will be useful:

Worked in large organizations with multiple products or services. A background in sales or customer service-based roles would be a big advantage.

Experience on the phone, and an understanding data analysis (using excel or Google Sheets) would also be helpful.
