About Your Role as a Studio Manager:
You will be responsible for leading by example, sharing knowledge and skills, and driving new business initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

Setting targets and driving sales growth through effective strategies and planning.
Motivating and mentoring a team to achieve excellence in customer satisfaction and sales performance.
Implementing promotions and business initiatives that deliver tangible results and business growth.
Optimising stock levels to meet customer demand, ensuring a seamless shopping experience and high customer satisfaction.
Driving the success of your counter through outstanding leadership, problem-solving skills, and a focus on customer needs.
About Your Qualifications and Experience:
We seek an experienced Studio Manager with:

A proven track record of achieving sales targets in retail or beauty industries.
A genuine passion for beauty and helping customers feel confident in their purchases.
Strong technical skills in makeup artistry, ideally backed by a certificate or diploma.
Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills to maintain a high-performing team and drive business success.
A keen eye for detail to maintain a beautiful store environment that reflects our brand values.
Experience managing a small team would be an asset in driving business success and growth.
