Counter Lead

Aveda Counter Lead Role
Lead and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets. Proven leadership, coaching, and business management skills in a fast-paced retail environment are required.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and execute an agile business plan for recruiting and retaining customers through targeted marketing, impactful events, exceptional customer relationship management, and team leadership.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.
Mentor and coach sales associates to reach their full potential and provide feedback on performance.
Analyze sales data, customer insights, and market trends to inform business decisions and optimize store operations.
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:
Proven retail management experience, preferably in cosmetics.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to provide personalized service.
Business planning experience, including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling.
Retail operations experience, including inventory management, facilities management, and cash reconciliation.
Track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
Experience with creating and executing in-store events.
Ability to work variable hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend an interview.
