Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Counselor at Aakash Educational Services Limited in Jodhpur. The Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students preparing for various entrance examinations and competitive tests. Day-to-day tasks include conducting counseling sessions, addressing student queries, and monitoring student progress to ensure academic success and personal development.

Qualifications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Empathy and ability to understand student needs
• Knowledge of educational counseling techniques
• Experience in academic advising or counseling roles
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and educators
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or related field
• Certification in Counseling or relevant field is a plus
