Corporate Lawyer

• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate contracts, agreements, and business transactions.
• Liaise with external counsel to manage and streamline legal processes.
• Assist with mergers and acquisitions, business restructuring, and related transactions.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee intellectual property (IP) management, policy development, and compliance.
• Maintain accuracy and legal compliance of all documents and contracts.
• Ensure timely and effective resolution of legal queries and successful closure of negotiations.
• Execute legal advise provided by senior legal counsel on a wide array of corporate legal matters.
• Visiting the court, and liaising with government offices and stakeholders on site.

Required Skills:
• Proficiency in legal research tools and resources
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, tax law, intellectual property law, labor laws.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to explain complex legal concepts to non-experts
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities

Required Qualifications:
• LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized institution.
• Proven experience in corporate law, contract drafting, and negotiation.
• Knowledge of mergers, acquisitions, and business restructuring is a plus.
• Familiarity with legal compliance in international contexts is preferred.
