Job Description

We are a dynamic law firm dedicated to delivering exceptional results in corporate legal matters. Our team of experienced attorneys is seeking a litigation associate with a minimum of one or more years' experience in insurance defense or relatable litigation experience.

Responsibilities
Provide expert legal advice and guidance on a wide range of corporate legal issues.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support decision-making.
Represent the firm and its clients in court proceedings, if necessary.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Collaborate with other attorneys in the firm to manage and resolve complex legal issues.
