The Job Description: The Corporate Counsel will address a broad array of legal matters to support the company's business, working closely with other members of the Legal team, as well as internal business clients. The role involves advising, training, and offering legal support to business clients, as well as drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts.

Provide clear and business-savvy legal advice and risk guidance to business partners and key stakeholders.
Counsel on a wide range of corporate issues including interactions with business clients on cross-functional projects.
Draft, negotiate, and advise clients on a broad range of legal and contractual matters to support the Company's business.

Required Skills and Qualifications: A Juris Doctorate (JD) degree and 7+ years of practice as an attorney in a well-regarded law firm and experience with a life sciences company or a reputable, highly rated law firm with a focus on representing life science companies, or a combination of both. An active license to practice law in any state.
