Job Description:

Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world’s leading international law firms, seeks to hire a highly qualified midlevel associate with law firm experience to join our corporate and business transactions practice group. The ideal candidate will have between four to six years of law firm experience in M&A/Private Equity transactions, including drafting and negotiating transaction agreements. Candidate must possess excellent academic credentials, as well as strong organizational, drafting, and analytical skills.

The candidate may be resident in Boston, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, Orange County (Costa Mesa, CA), Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, or San Francisco and be an active member of the bar in the state of the Morgan Lewis office for which they are applying.
