Our client is an established boutique firm who are in full growth mode.

This firm specializes in a wide range of legal areas, ensuring personalized solutions tailored to meet their client's unique needs.

Are you passionate about conveyancing and seeking a fast paced role within a reputable firm? Then this is an opportunity you will need to consider. This firm is seeking a dedicated Conveyancing Clerk to join their thriving team.

About the role:

You will be involved in:
Coordinating property settlements, ensuring all necessary documents and funds are in place.
Staying up to date with relevant legislation and regulatory changes in the field of conveyancing.
Obtaining ongoing Instructions from clients and confirm in writing and verbally.
Providing fee estimates regarding anticipated costs for client matters.
Preparation of letters to counsel, affidavits, contracts, claims, pleadings and agreements.
Collaborating with colleagues regarding complex legal Issues to clarify conveyancing Issues and/or direction.
Attending to settlements.
Diligently attend to new enquiries through both phone and firm websites.
Determining correct scope and fee estimate based on client Instructions during Initial conversations.
Concise communication with clients and managing expectations in relation to legal fees, timeframes and potential risks.

About you:
5+ years' experience in a similar role.
Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a team.
Experience in managing large numbers of transactions.
Strong knowledge of conveyancing processing including PEXA and DOL.
Proven experience as a Conveyancer, with a deep understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures.
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and forms pertaining to property transactions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
