We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Client Service Team Lead to lead a team working in our Sensitive Claims environment. This role is responsible for supporting staff, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring high‑quality, trauma‑informed service delivery to clients.This is a rewarding opportunity to lead a dedicated team making a meaningful difference for clients during vulnerable times.
Main Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and support a team of Client Service Co‑ordinators
Manage workflows to meet service standards and KPIs
Provide guidance on complex and sensitive client matters
Support staff wellbeing and foster a positive, safe team culture
Monitor quality, performance, and compliance
