Job Overview
The Government Of South Australia's IS&T Service plays a crucial role in supporting frontline policing and corporate operations through the provision of ICT infrastructure, communication platforms, operational software applications, and support services.

About the Position:
This position requires a skilled leader to oversee the establishment, embedding, evaluation, and continuous improvement of IS&T asset management, including software licensing and contract management related services.
The successful candidate will collaborate with the Procurement and Contract Management Branch to provide expert advice on contract establishment, management, non-compliance, and related policy and procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
This involves implementing and scaling a standard framework for the end-to-end lifecycle of contracts and assets within the IS&T Service.
Providing consistent and reliable advice to executives, business managers, and staff on contract-related policies and procedures.
Developing plans, strategies, and processes to improve ICT contract administration and hardware and software asset management programs and services.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Demonstrated knowledge in contract establishment, management, and governance.
Experience initiating, delivering, and evaluating ICT contract administration and hardware and software asset management programs and services within a complex organisation.
Comprehensive knowledge of contract and asset management principles and practices ideally in an ICT context.
