Exp: 3 to 5 year

Create and update release notes, user guides, FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions), and other instructional documents related to the payroll product.

Maintain a centralized repository or knowledge base for all product-related documents and resources, ensuring easy access and version control.

Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, quality assurance engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and insights for content creation.

Assist in the development of training materials and resources for internal teams and external partners, including sales and customer support representatives.
