To work proactively and create articles on scheduled date and time.

Should be able to handle criticism for your articles and work hard to improve the quality of it.

Requirement:

Experience in Blogging, Content writing, Articles and Publishing

Should have excellent command over English, especially conversational English

If you network a lot online with other fellow bloggers can be additional advantage.
