Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and driven Content Writer to lead our News & Community Writing function. This individual will play a pivotal role in crafting engaging and impactful content for our kirana store community.

Key Responsibilities
• Commodity & Market News: Write accurate and timely news updates on critical commodities and kirana market trends in Hindi.
• Push Notifications: Create compelling and action-oriented push notification copy to boost user engagement.
• Social Media Campaigns: Collaborate with the team to develop impactful social media content that resonates with our audience.
• Driving User Engagement: Craft content strategies to increase daily active users (DAUs) by delivering content that captivates and informs.
• Content Strategy: Work closely with senior leadership to align content initiatives with broader company goals.
• Content Quality: Ensure all written content is clear, engaging, and aligns with the platform's tone and objectives.

Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in content writing for a mobile-first platform, preferably in a similar role.
• Proficiency in writing and editing content in Hindi.
• Strong understanding of audience engagement and user behavior on digital platforms.
• Ability to craft concise and impactful content for push notifications and social media.
• Knowledge of the Indian kirana ecosystem or experience in B2B retail content is a plus.

Location & Work Setup
• Work Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore.
• Work Type: Full-time, Work from Office.
• Work Days: Monday - Saturday. (Saturday WFH)
