Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct first-round interviews with candidates, acting as a representative for our clients.
• Assess candidates for technical relevance, communication skills, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate closely with the Talent Advisor, who will handle initial screening calls.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to the Talent Advisor and hiring teams.
• Assist in targeted sourcing efforts for niche roles in engineering and embedded systems.

Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience with FPGA development, embedded software, digital design, and/or hardware/software integration.
• Familiarity with programming and design tools such as VHDL, Verilog, C/C++, and test engineering.
• Experience in telecoms, defence, aerospace, space, or wireless technologies.
• Exceptional communication skills and a genuine interest in connecting with candidates.
• No prior recruitment experience is necessary—just the enthusiasm to embrace an exciting new path.
