Construction Law Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Associate Solicitor to join our Property & Infrastructure Division.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Non-Contentious Construction Law and a minimum of 8 years' PQE. They will work on construction aspects of major property developments and regeneration projects, including development agreements, building contracts and professional appointments.

Responsibilities include collaborating with a prestigious client base, including developers, contractors, public sector bodies, funders and consultants. The successful candidate will also contribute to business development and mentoring.

Main Responsibilities:
Work on significant engineering projects in the energy sector, such as onshore wind, hydro, solar and tidal/wave initiatives
Drafting, transaction management and client advisory skills
A proactive approach to business development and mentoring
